During the time of our childhood almost none of us used to think about "Hey I should not be eating those waffles, let me get an apple". But during our physical and mental growth most of us are starting to think much more about our health. We check the bad ingredients, all the so called "E's" and stuff like that. In fact there are plenty of foods that are healthy to our organism. I will try to point one of the  healthiest food ever known that you should put in your diet pack.



#1 Nuts



Almonds and macadamia nuts contains so much mono and polyunsaturated fat that they are basically loaded with it. Walnuts on the other hand are full of omega-3 fatty acid and like the almonds and macadamia nuts loaded with mono and polyunsaturated fat. 


#2 Berries




Whatever berry you like or take ( raspberries, blueberries, strawberries all the berries ) contains inflammatories which reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.

#3 Quinoa 



Quinoa also known as is wonderful grain that you can cook. The Inca people considered it as the most sacred food and even called it "Food of the Gods". Quinoa is a great source of protein and fiber.

#4 Lemons



One lemon has more than 100% of your daily intake of vitamin C. It may help increase the "good" HDL cholesterol and strengthen bones. Citrus flavonoids that are found in lemons may act as an anti-inflammatory and inhibit the growth of cancer cells.

#5 Dark Chocolate



One fourth an ounce daily may reduce blood pressure. Cocoa powder contains flavonoids, antioxidants shown to lower "bad" LDL cholesterol and increase the HDL levels ("good" cholesterol)

#6 Garlic



I believe that garlic flavaour is not one of your favorite once, but it contains allicin, which works as a potent anti inflammatory and has been shown to reduce cholesterol and high blood pressure levels.

#7 Apples



They are source of antioxidants which fights the free radicals. Apples can reduce the risk of stroke by 52%. Wageningen University in Netherlands, found that consuming fruit with white edible portions like apples can reduce the risk of stroke by 52%.

#8 Salmon



"Salmon contains carotenoid staxanthin which is very powerful antioxidant" - says cardiologist Stephen T. Sinatra.
The Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and can effectively reduce blood pressure. If you aim for two servings per week you may reduce your risk from heart attack by up to one-third.

#9 Avocado



Full with monounsaturated fat avocados can help you lower LDL leves while raising the HDL cholesterol (the "good" one) in your body. With every avocado you consume a heart-healthy fats. 

#10 Pomegrante



This fruit is contains most powerful anti-oxidant of all fruits. Also potent anti-cancer and immune supporting effects. Pomegrante may lower cholesterol and othe cardiac risk factors, and also may lower blood pressure.

One cup of coffee contains:
  1. Manganese and Potassium: 3% of the RDA.
  2. Magnesium and Niacin (B3): 2% of the RDA.
  3. Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5): 6% of the RDA.
  4. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 11% of the RDA.




#5 Coffee is healthy for your Heart

A Dutch study, which analyzed data from around 37,000 people for more than 13 years, found that coffee drinkers ( consuming between two or four cups daily ) had a 20% lower risk of heart disease compared to non drinkers.
