Just the smell of coffee can make you less stressed. This conclusion has been made by The National University in Seoul discovered that those who were exposed to coffee aromas experienced changes in brain proteins tied to that stress.

A study made with 125,000 people for more than 22 years ended with a conclusion that drinking one cup of coffee every day reduces with around 20% the chance of developing liver cirrhosis.
Arthur L Klatsky said "Consuming coffee seems to have some protective benefits against alcoholic cirrhosis, and the more coffee a person consumes the less risk they seem to have of being hospitalised or dying of alcoholic cirrhosis."

A Dutch study, which analyzed data from around 37,000 people for more than 13 years, found that coffee drinkers ( consuming between two or four cups daily ) had a 20% lower risk of heart disease compared to non drinkers.
